Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of sandwich toast
- 2 slices of ham (butcher’s ham)
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 piece(s) herb butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Finger food
Trim the edges of the toast. Carefully roll out the toast with a rolling pin, taking care not to break the toast. Spread the toast with herb butter. Top with ham and cheese. Carefully roll up the toast and fry in a non-stick pan until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
