Pasta salad with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g pasta
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 150 g cucumber(s) (mustard pickles from the jar)
  • some red paprika (pickled from the jar, if desired)
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives, in rolls
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Fry the minced meat in a pan without fat. Let both cool. Finely chop the onion, and dice the cucumber and bell pepper. Combine all ingredients. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and chives to make a sauce. Season with sugar. Pour the sauce over the salad and let it sit for 2 hours or longer.
