Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g pasta
- 250 g minced meat
- 2 onions
- 150 g cucumber(s) (mustard pickles from the jar)
- some red paprika (pickled from the jar, if desired)
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Chives, in rolls
- Sugar

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Fry the minced meat in a pan without fat. Let both cool. Finely chop the onion, and dice the cucumber and bell pepper. Combine all ingredients. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and chives to make a sauce. Season with sugar. Pour the sauce over the salad and let it sit for 2 hours or longer.
