Pasta and minced meat salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g pasta shells
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 g mustard pickle(s)
  • 250 g bell pepper(s), red
  • 4 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground black
  • Sugar
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • ½ tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Brown the minced meat in a pan without fat. Let both cool. Peel the onion and slice into rings. Wash the bell peppers, deseed them, and slice them into thin strips. Chop the gherkins a little smaller, if desired. Mix all ingredients together. Make a salad dressing with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, chopped dill, and chives and pour over the salad. Mix everything well and let it marinate. Season to taste again just before serving.
