Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 900 g buttered vegetables
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 200 g Gouda, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Place the still-frozen buttered vegetables in the oven on the middle rack at 150°C (300°F) top/bottom heat. Sear the minced meat, seasoned with salt and pepper, and spread it over the vegetables. Spoon the sour cream over the minced meat and sprinkle with cheese. Wait until the cheese has melted (about 20 minutes), then lower the oven to 200°C (400°F), and cook the casserole until a nice crust has formed.
