Blueberry crumble

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 500 g blueberries
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine flour, sugar, salt, and butter in a bowl, mix to a crumble, and chill. Wash, core, and chop the apples. Wash the blueberries. Place all the fruit in a bowl. Mix in the vanilla sugar and cornstarch. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Spread the fruit on a baking sheet and sprinkle the crumble over it. Bake in the preheated oven on the lowest rack for about 25 minutes. Allow the crumble to cool slightly. Serve lukewarm with a dollop of vanilla cream.
