Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g spirals
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 300 g meat sausage
  • 350 g Gouda, middle-aged
  • 2 onions, red
  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 4 tomatoes, firm
  • 200 g pickled gherkins
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 150 g corn kernels
  • 50 g olives, black
  • 3 tsp capers
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente, rinse in cold water, and toss with 2 tablespoons of oil. Thinly slice the sausage and dice the cheese. Wash and trim the vegetables and chop them into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Mix the marinade, pour it over the salad, and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
