Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 jar asparagus
- 1 jar beans (princess beans)
- 4 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber(s) (more if needed)
- 4 eggs
- 3 slices of ham
- 100 g lean diced ham (Katenschinken)
- 150g spaghetti
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp tartar sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- possibly chives, fresh, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
delicious with meat, sausage etc.
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water according to the package instructions. Then rinse, drain, and roughly chop into a large bowl. Hard-boil the eggs, then rinse in cold water, peel, and roughly dice. Drain and roughly chop the asparagus and green beans. Wash the tomatoes and peel the cucumber, then dice both. Roughly dice the cooked ham. Place everything (including the raw ham) in a bowl and mix together. Now add the mayonnaise, remoulade, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
