Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 3 eggs
- 200 g meat sausage (turkey sausage)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can carrot(s) and peas
- 10 gherkins
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 jar mayonnaise (also balance)
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 2 tsp vinegar or pickle juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Hard-boil the eggs in boiling water, then peel them. Combine the mayonnaise with the natural yogurt and seasonings in a large bowl. Dice the gherkins, eggs, sausage, and onion and add them. Drain the kidney beans, carrots, and peas and add them to the mayonnaise mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and finally season with vinegar (or pickle juice) if desired.
