Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 small romaine lettuce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- n. B. Pepper, black
- 1 dashes Tabasco
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 40 g Parmesan, shaved
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
With Little Gem lettuce hearts
For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce and season with pepper and Tabasco. Halve the lettuce hearts, season with salt, and fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Arrange on two plates. Cover with the sauce, garnish each with an anchovy fillet, and top with the Parmesan slices.
