Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms from the can, whole heads
- 3 vine tomatoes
- 1 onion(s), red
- salt and pepper
- Chili powder and/or jalapeno spice
- Sunflower oil
- Balsamic vinegar

Finely chop the onions and chop the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan. First, sauté the onions for 2 minutes. Add the drained mushrooms and season with pepper, salt, chili seasoning, and jalapeno seasoning (depending on how hot you like them). Sauté for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tomatoes while stirring and sauté for another 4 minutes. Transfer to a plate and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, if desired. Mix everything together again on the plate. Delicious hot or cold. Can also be poured over salads. 600 kcal per serving.
