With chia seeds and fresh fruit, easy to prepare

Soak the chia seeds in 10 tablespoons of coconut milk or other milk for about 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, wash, peel, and chop the fruit into small pieces. Combine the remaining ingredients, add the fruit, and stir in the soaked chia seeds. Season to taste and add more sugar, depending on the sweetness of the fruit. If desired, break a few cookies into small pieces and sprinkle them on top just before serving. Great as a party dessert or as a gift for barbecues. The fruit can be varied, of course, and the chia seeds can also be omitted.
