Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s), unpeeled, coarsely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled, squeezed
- ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
- 4 sprigs of mint, leaves picked, finely chopped
- 500 g cream yogurt
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix together grated cucumber, garlic, dill, mint, yogurt and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
