Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s), unpeeled, coarsely grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled, squeezed
  • ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 4 sprigs of mint, leaves picked, finely chopped
  • 500 g cream yogurt
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix together grated cucumber, garlic, dill, mint, yogurt and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
