Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g wild garlic, coarsely chopped
- 2 large potatoes, raw, grated
- 1 piece(s) ginger, walnut-sized, finely chopped
- ½ pepper, red, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp oil, neutral
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 100 g sour cream, approx.
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Briefly sauté the ingredients in hot oil while stirring, pour in the vegetable stock and simmer gently for 10 minutes, puree and season with the cream.
