Cauliflower salad with sour cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 8 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • Sour cream
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk, boiled
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the cauliflower in salted water and let it cool. Dice the ham and eggs, make a sauce with the sour cream and egg yolk (passed through a sieve), and season with spices (lots of curry!). Layer the cauliflower, cut into florets, with the ham and eggs in a dish and pour the sauce over it. Baguette goes very well with this.
