Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g QimiQ
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g semolina, fine
- 2 egg yolks
- Salt and pepper, white
- 1 liter beef broth, clear
- Chives, in rolls for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 35 minutes
Soup garnish
Stir QimiQ until smooth, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, form dumplings and let them sit in the warm broth for about 20 minutes.
