Mini pizzas made from dumpling dough

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g dumpling dough (from the refrigerated section)
  • 100 g tomato sauce or pesto
  • 100 g Cheddar (grated)
  • 100 g ham
  • 100 g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 burrata
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Divide the dumpling dough into 6 equal portions and flatten them into small pizza bases. Use a glass with an oiled base to help flatten them. Place the mini pizzas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the tomato sauce on top, then top with the cheese, ham, and mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Tear the burrata into pieces and place them on the hot dumpling pizzas. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
