Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 60 g mozzarella, grated
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 170°C fan/convection oven. In the meantime, beat the low-fat quark until light and fluffy, add the eggs and salt, mix until creamy, and fold in the cheese. Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. I always tip it from top to bottom in the middle of the short side, then spread it out to the right and left towards the long sides. The layer will be quite thin compared to flour dough, which is normal. Now place the baking tray in the middle rack of the oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, line another baking tray with baking paper. After the specified time, remove the base from the oven and turn it out onto the new baking tray. Carefully peel off the top baking paper (don’t tear it, as some may stick). Place the new baking tray back in the oven for another 5 minutes. This will help the mixture lose a little more moisture. Add the sauce, topping, and cheese of your choice, and return it to the oven for as long as you want it to look right. Nutritional values per base (without topping): Kcal: 671 Kh: 15 g Fat: 40 g
