Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 20 king prawns, raw, without head
  • 50 ml germ oil
  • 1 piece(s) ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ chili pepper(s)
  • Coriander, amount as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Peel the shrimp and pat dry. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut into thin strips. Chop the coriander. Mix everything (garlic, ginger, chili, coriander) with oil and marinate the shrimp for about 1-2 hours. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the marinated shrimp in the oil marinade in the oven for about 12 minutes (they’re cooked once they turn pink). Arrange on warmed plates and serve. My serving tip: Serve with black noodles or risotto.
