Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 leaves of lettuce (head)
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 50 g lettuce (cucumber), Danish
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 egg(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 rolls (hamburger)
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (salad)
- 4 slices of processed cheese for cheeseburgers
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash and drain the lettuce and tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes. Peel the onions, finely dice one onion and thinly slice the other. Drain the cucumber slices. Knead the minced meat, diced onion, and egg together, season with salt and pepper. Form 4 flat burgers. Heat oil in a pan and fry the steaks for about 2 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, cut the buns in half and top the bottom halves with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion. Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on top. Place cheese slices on the hot burgers and place them on the buns. Cover with the top halves of the buns and serve immediately.
