Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g spelt or wheat
- 250 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 340 g malt beer
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Thermomix – Recipe
Place the spelt in the mixing bowl and grind for 1 minute/speed 9. Add the flour, yeast, salt, sunflower seeds, and malt beer and knead for 2 minutes/bread setting. Pour the dough into a loaf pan. Bake at 190°C for about 40 minutes. Place a container of water in the oven.
