Fine yeast croissants

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 200 ml milk
  • Sugar granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Make a yeast dough from flour, yeast, sugar, egg, and butter and let it rest. Divide the dough and roll out both halves into a circle. Using a cake divider, divide the triangles into triangles. Roll the triangles into croissants. Mix the egg yolk and milk and brush the croissants with it. Finally, sprinkle the croissants with sugar and bake in the oven at approximately 200°C for 10-20 minutes.
