Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bunch radish leaves, fresh
  • 20 g vegetable margarine
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 100 ml cream
  • n. B. Processed cheese, approx. 1 – 2 tbsp

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and healthy

Wash the leaves of two bunches of radishes. They should still be crisp. Sauté the leaves in the vegetable margarine while still wet. Finely chop the small onion and sauté. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over the cream. Melt the cheese in it. Purée everything in a hand blender. Let the spread cool. The spread is delicious on baguette or with warm pasta.
