Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 7 g yeast, dry
  • 500 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 100 g butter
  • 175 g milk, warm
  • 2 eggs
  • some salt
  • some milk, for brushing
  • Cheese, for the top

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Prepare the dough from yeast, wheat flour, butter, milk, eggs, and salt and let it rise until it has doubled in size. Form rolls and brush them with milk. Spread the cheese on the rolls. Bake: Convection oven, 150°C – 30 minutes.
