Chive Salad

The perfect chive salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Chives fresh
  • Sunflower – olive – oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. The first big chive harvest was coming up. Wash the chives and remove the yellow leaves and blades of grass. Let dry and cut everything into small rolls. It took a while.
  2. I frozen one part and put the rest in a bowl. Seasoned with salt and pepper and a little oil, stir well and let it steep a little.
  3. We like to eat it on fresh bread. The first chives are always best, fresh and juicy green.
