Chive Salad
The perfect chive salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Chives fresh
- Sunflower – olive – oil
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- The first big chive harvest was coming up. Wash the chives and remove the yellow leaves and blades of grass. Let dry and cut everything into small rolls. It took a while.
- I frozen one part and put the rest in a bowl. Seasoned with salt and pepper and a little oil, stir well and let it steep a little.
- We like to eat it on fresh bread. The first chives are always best, fresh and juicy green.
