  1. First preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. My baking sheet was 35 x 40 cm in size.

  4. For the quark mixture, stir the quark, eggs and powdered sugar until all the ingredients have combined. Now distribute the quark mixture on the dough and marble a little with a fork.
  5. Drain the peaches and cut them into slices. Then arrange the peach slices nicely on the dough.
  6. Bake the quark cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 40 – 45 minutes on O / U heat.
  7. After cooling, dust the cake with powdered sugar.
