Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • n. B. Remoulade
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • some gherkins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fry the eggs into fried eggs. Spread the bread slices with remoulade and top with cooked ham. Arrange the eggs on top and serve with pickles.
