Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of toast
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vegetable cream or 5 g butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fried egg in toast
Cut a square into each slice of toast and place the “frames” in a pan with 1 tablespoon of Culinesse or 5g of butter, and fry until golden brown. Then crack an egg into the center of each slice of toast. Fry the egg and flip. You can also fry the cut-out square individually and add it to the pan.
