Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 6 slices of toast
- 1 tomato(s)
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp oil
- some spice mix, (chicken tandoori)
- some garlic salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the fillet into 4 equal-sized thin slices. Peel and slice the eggs. Wash and dry the lettuce. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and also slice them. Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl and season with garlic salt (dip). Heat a pan, add oil, and fry the fillet on both sides for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle the fillet with tandoori spice. Toast the toast in the toaster. Place some lettuce on the slices of toast. Spread 1 tablespoon of the dip. Place the fillet on top and garnish with tomato slices. Place a second slice of toast on top, followed by some more lettuce, then the dip and chicken schnitzel. Now place the egg slices on top and cover with a third slice of toast. Secure the filled toast with two small wooden skewers and cut it in half diagonally.
