Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 chili peppers, pitted
  • 1 lemon(s), zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Salt, Fleur de Sel (sea salt)
  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves, fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Skin and debone the salmon fillet if necessary. Cut into small cubes. Peel the ginger and chop or grate very finely. Finely chop the chili peppers. Mix both with the grated lemon zest into the salmon. Add the lemon juice, fish sauce, and olive oil, and season with sea salt. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Stir in the chopped coriander leaves before serving.
