Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 g yogurt
- 265 g spelt flour type 630 or wheat flour type 405 or 550
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ tube(s) tomato paste
- 6 tbsp ketchup
- 1 pack of cooked ham
- 1 can pineapple
- 1 can of corn
- 1 handful of pizza seasoning
- 8 slices of cheese

Preheat the oven to maximum. Once the pizza is in the oven, set the temperature to 220°C. For the dough, combine all the ingredients and mix or knead well with a mixer for 2 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of 2 mm (very thin!) and place it on a baking sheet. For the topping, mix the tomato paste with the ketchup and spread it on the pizza dough. Arrange the ham pieces and pineapple pieces or slices on top. Scatter the corn over the top and sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Finally, top with the cheese. Bake on the middle rack for at least 20 minutes, until the cheese is lightly golden brown. Of course, you can also prepare the pizza with any other topping of your choice.
