Green salad with shrimp and honey mustard dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 12 shrimp(s)
  • e.g. olive oil
  • 1 mustard, mild (e.g. Dijon mustard)
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 leaves of nasturtium
  • 4 nasturtium flowers

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

delicious – not just in summer!

First, wash and tear the lettuce into small pieces. Sauté the shrimp in a pan. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing from oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss the salad with the dressing in a bowl and arrange on four plates. Place the sautéed shrimp on top. The cress leaves and flowers look especially decorative on top.
