Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 handfuls of lettuce
- 1 bag of frozen shrimp
- some lemon juice
- some sugar
- Herbs and spices as desired, for the shrimp
- 100 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Quick and easy
Wash the lettuce and arrange it in glasses or on plates. Season the shrimp, adding herbs if desired, and fry until cooked through. Season the cream with lemon and sugar. Place the shrimp on the salad and pour the seasoned cream over it. A light meal for in between meals.
