Bread rolls filled with a filling à la tarte flambée

Cut the rolls in half lengthwise without baking them. Hollow out each half slightly, but only remove enough to leave a solid shell. Cut the ham into square cubes. Wash the leek and cut it into thin strips. Add the ham, leek, and grated cheese to the sour cream and stir well. Season to taste. Now spoon the mixture into the halved, hollowed-out rolls. Place the filled rolls in the preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 15 minutes.
