Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 rolls, for baking
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- some salt and pepper
- Spice mix (tomato-mozzarella spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Rolls filled with tomatoes and mozzarella
Cut the unbaked rolls in half lengthwise. Hollow out the halves slightly, taking care not to remove too much of the filling. Finely dice the washed tomatoes and mozzarella and mix together. Season the mixture and pour into the hollowed-out rolls. Place the filled rolls in the preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 15 minutes.
