Banana and curd pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 65 g flour
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • vegetable oil
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine the flour, oats, sugar, and cinnamon. Then add the milk, eggs, and quark and mix well. Mash or puree the bananas with a fork and add them. Mix everything well again and let it sit for a moment. Then fry the pancakes in a pan with vegetable oil. Finally, decorate with powdered sugar.
