Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls, variety as desired
  • 4 fish meatballs, bought or homemade
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato(s), sliced
  • 1 small cucumber(s), cut into slices, or 2 pickled cucumbers cut into strips
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Remoulade

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the fish meatballs. On each of the briefly warmed, crispy, sliced ​​buns, place a dollop of remoulade, a lettuce leaf, the fish, cucumber and tomato slices, and a dollop of ketchup. Place the top of the bun on top.
