Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Pepperoni, olives, feta cheese, ham, tomato

I usually buy peppers, olives, and flatbread from a Greek shop in the mall. For the peppers, I use pickled ones, not fresh ones. Cut the olives, peppers, and tomatoes into slices about 2-3 mm thick. Feel free to cut the feta cheese into thinner slices. Cut the flatbread into 8 pieces like a cake and slice them crosswise. Spread about 1 tablespoon of olive oil on each piece. Fill the flatbread pieces with olives, peppers, feta cheese, tomatoes, and ham. Wrap each piece in aluminum foil. Preheat the oven to about 180°C. Bake the flatbreads for about 12-15 minutes (top/bottom heat). They’re done when they’re slightly crispy. However, they can quickly become too hard, so it’s best to check several times.
