Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g turkey or chicken breast
- 3 tbsp oil for frying
- 200 g apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 250 ml instant chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 6 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp butter

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
doesn’t need any fancy ingredients!
Dice the meat and brown it in a pan with oil. Add the chopped apples and pour in the stock. Add the curry powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer with the lid closed for about 20 minutes. Mix the cream with the cornstarch and stir in. Finely chop the banana and add it at the end. Let it simmer for about another minute, then serve. We either serve it with rice, which I arrange with a rice ring and put the shredded meat in the hollow. We’ve also often had couscous with it. Of course, a bowl of green salad is a must.
