Pear and arugula salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bulb(s)
  • lemon juice
  • 160 g arugula
  • 100 g cheese (Manchego), Spanish hard cheese, in thin slices
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the pears into thin wedges and remove the cores. Drizzle with a little lemon juice. Arrange the arugula and pear slices on plates, tear the cheese into pieces, and arrange them on top with the walnuts. Make a vinaigrette with the oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper and heat gently. Pour over the salad.
