Banana and pomegranate crumble

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • some lemon juice
  • ½ small pomegranate, seeds
  • 90 g brown sugar
  • 150 g spelt flour type 1050
  • 90 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice. Mix with the pomegranate seeds and place in a baking dish. Cut the butter into very small pieces and knead with the flour and sugar to form crumbles. Sprinkle the crumbles over the fruit and bake the crumble in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
