Pasta with peppers, corn and cooked ham topped with cheese and cream sauce
Bring the milk and cream to a boil in a saucepan and season with salt, pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg. Add the pasta and simmer over low to medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Clean the bell peppers and dice them like the ham. Drain the corn. Add everything to the pasta along with the grated Grana Padano and stir until the cheese has melted. Transfer everything to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the grated Gouda, and bake in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
