Low-carb tuna meatballs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 4 tbsp soy flakes
  • ½ m.-sized onion(s)
  • n. B. garlic
  • n. B. spice(s)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Low carb, no flour, easy

Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Squeeze the tuna thoroughly and add it to the eggs, as dry as possible. Finely chop the soy flakes and add them. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add them. Season to taste. Knead the ingredients into a dough and squeeze out any liquid. Form two even patties. Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties well on both sides. Reduce the heat and fry the patties over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Serve with a herb dip or creamed horseradish.
