Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 15 g black pepper
- 15 g white pepper
- 15 g pepper, green
- 10 g thyme, dried
- 10 g oregano, dried
- 10 g parsley, dried
- 5 g rosemary, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Weigh the spices and mix them together. Pour the mixture into a grinder or store it in a container. Just before seasoning, grind the spice mixture freshly in a grinder or crush it in a mortar.
