Spelt Roll

- 500 g Spelled flour type 1050
- 300 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- Flour for dusting
- Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well, make a small well in the middle, add the olive oil and start kneading. Slowly add the lukewarm water and knead the dough until a smooth dough is formed that loosens from the edge of the bowl.
- Sprinkle flour on the work surface, let the dough slide out of the kneading bowl and roll through the flour into a roll without kneading again. Cut 8 to 9 blanks, shape them into a round shape and place in the bread roll.
- Spray the bread roll tray with water, place a fire-proof dish with water on the bottom of the oven, put the roll tray in the cold oven. Set the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat and bake for about 25-30 minutes. May vary slightly depending on the oven. Let cool on a wire rack.
