Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g nectarine(s), peeled and chopped
  • 300 g banana(s), peeled and chopped
  • 200 g apricot(s), peeled and chopped
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • 1 kg gelling sugar (1:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with cinnamon

Place the chopped fruit in a saucepan with the lemon juice and blend until no chunks remain. Stir in the sugar and season with cinnamon. Heat this mixture over high heat and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring continuously. Using a funnel, pour the jam into prepared jars, seal tightly, and turn upside down.
