Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 8 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 8 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 500 g flour
  • 4 g yeast
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 2 large onions, red
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • e.g. Parmesan, sliced for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Prepare the yeast dough as usual with flour, water, yeast, and a little olive oil. Before you begin preparing, set the oven to the highest setting and place a baking sheet on the lowest rack. This will ensure the pizza is nice and crispy. For the Caesar dressing, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Quickly fry the chicken fillet in a pan until cooked through, season with salt and pepper, and cut into thin slices. Trim and chop the lettuce. Add some of the dressing to the salad and mix well. Slice the onion into rings. Roll out the dough to the desired size. This will make enough for about 3-4 pizzas. Now top the dough. Spread with the Caesar dressing, then arrange the onions and chicken on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. When the pizza comes out of the oven, top with the lettuce and shaved Parmesan cheese, and serve. This recipe works just as well with tarte flambée dough.
