Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g feta cheese
- 415 g fig(s) from the can
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 2 pinch(s) paprika powder, sweet

Place each feta piece on a large piece of aluminum foil. This will make two parcels. Drizzle with olive oil and then sprinkle with the seasonings. You can vary the seasonings. Arrange the figs around the feta. Wash the spring onions, slice them finely, and scatter them over the feta. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) (160°C fan-assisted). Squeeze the aluminum foil into parcels, place them in the oven, and bake for about 15 minutes. The time can vary depending on whether you prefer it softer or a bit firmer. You can also place the parcels on the grill. They taste great as a grilled side dish.
