Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¾ liter malt beer
  • 1 medium-sized lemon(s), (the juice)
  • ½ kg gelling sugar, 2:1
  • possibly rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Mix the malt beer with the gelling sugar and add the lemon juice. Add a dash of rum (or liqueur) to taste, then boil according to the instructions. Since the malt beer foams a lot when boiling, use a very large pot to prevent it from overflowing.
