Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g mussels (mussels from the can)
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 apple, sour
- 2 lemons, juice
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ head of lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Drain the mussels. Clean and wash the mushrooms, drain them, and thinly slice them. Peel and finely dice the onion. Core and finely dice the washed, unpeeled apple. Combine the lemon juice, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, and oil in a bowl. Add the mussels, mushrooms, onion, and apple and mix well. Let everything marinate. Clean and wash the lettuce and drain well. Line four shallow bowls with lettuce. Distribute the mussel salad on top. Serve.
